I wrote a spiritual astrology column for 18 years in the well known Arts @ Entertainment magazine, VENICE Mag. In the interim I have given personal readings to over 9,000 individuals.
Astrology is used to chart the individual's path to perfect awareness, both on earth and at a spiritual level. It explains about human destiny and the great cycles of creation, but also deals with how to apply the principle of love, the greatest of all the laws of life, in daily life.
I began studying astrology seriously at age 50 and for six years threw my heart into spiritual astrology at least 5 hours a day and then spent hours of "down time" contemplating and dreaming of its energy impact on humanity for I knew that energies do imprint and that we are all influenced by such subtle energies..and as I went back to examine the major points in my own life..each time Pluto (my ruler) had transited over one of my planets I was deeply impacted....to be precise lost three different mates during each Pluto transit...
When my girl passed, Pluto was exactly squaring her moon...which meant that her mama (moon) would go through a Pluto experience..at first she thought something would happen to me, but, as it turned out..it was the Mama affected by the death of the child...
These are the painful transits but can assure you that there are many "fortuitous times" that we can uncover together..and that those times must be observed and celebrated..for example Jupiter through your tenth house of career...do not let this moment pass by..it is of great import and enlarges your capability to manifest in the world...
Having become a practicing astrologer 25 years ago...In the depths of my soul I honour it as a sacred science...being the earliest of sciences and a profound tool for the study of human nature in relationship to our environment and the energy forces...
With each and every astrology chart comes an accompanying time of birth, place of birth..and so the planet may be of Leo birth...but perhaps it could sit in the House of Scorpio leading to a far different experience of life..or it could have Saturn sitting on its glowing Leo Sun making it overcast or feeling more seriously burdened in youth by Capricorn..so to fully understand the expression of how the energetic imprint of the planets affects us is to look at your individual chart..and to see its movement through the heavens as it progresses year by year...for example you could have been born a Leo but have progressed into Libra (if you are 50 or 60 years old) and thus your soul expression is shifted and adjusted to a cardinal air sign...
Thus to give an accurate response..one would need to examine the individual chart with all of its aspects...and all of its houses and we would then get a glimpse of what imprinted you at birth and what now influences you through progression..

THE BIRTH CHART IN ASTROLOGY
The birth chart defines the structural blueprint of what are your potentialities….your internal capability to construct a glorious intention, purpose and temple for your soul to inhabit….whether we live up to all of our inherent abilities is also affected and defined by our genetics, our environment, the impactful occurrences which imprinted us from outside, including interferences, or trauma beyond our control.
But let us remember that the potentiality still exists and we may access this hidden Soul genius at any age…and this is the glory of True Self Awareness and of our dedication to Divinity and Service to All of Life.

THE PATH OF ASTROLOGY
What many do not seem to understand is that the life of a man (woman) or of a country....or a particular era in time is cyclical. We ebb and flow in accordance with mathematical configurations in the heavens which impress their energies upon our soul matrix. (OUR ENERGY FIELD)
The study of astrology has been utterly revealing to me...astonishingly so..and given me understanding of what could otherwise be viewed as cataclysmic events... I will again teach this..so that man can evolve with greater understanding of his/her own intellectual and spiritual flows and ebbs..
If we do not deeply study ourselves, and are willing to strip away the masks which we have inadvertently used to cover up our more base intentions, we cannot self purify nor can we grow..
Astrology continually provides me with profound understanding of my weaknesses and soul gifts..my karmic alliances..and my deep ignorance..of when it is good to suck back from engagement with life..and when are the times that one can surge forward with an infusion of energy.

ENERGY AND ASTROLOGY
We see the effects of "solar flares" on the nervous system…how at times when we are besieged by them there is more angst and anxiety amongst people..it electrifies us..
We see that the full moon creates incredible internal tension within..and of how mental institutions are "filled to the brim" at such times…
We know that such things as anger can be measured on the bark of a tree 100 feet away…and this is not sot say it only travels thus far…but we have not the measuring devices to go further...
We also acknowledge that such things as electricity or LMF waves exist..and yet we cannot "see" them.
We know that radiation can kill a tumor...
Why then is it so hard to acknowledge the effect of the cycles of movement of the planets in the heavens?
It is all related..
